Toggenburg Goat Breed Information

Kiko Goat Breed Information Guide



The "Kiko" is a breed of meat goat from New Zealand where Kiko is a Maori word which means a "flesh" or "meat". It is the breed created by cross-breeding New Zealand local goats with Anglo-Nubian, Toggenburg and Saanen breeds. The best part of these goats is "fast growth", hardiness to survive in many climatic conditions and high feed conversion ratio (FCR).
